            Filmemory, offers an internet-based service through the website, www.filmemory.com (the “Site”), that allows travelers to book photo and/or video session experience in our different cities worldwide by selecting a photographer and/or videographer from our directory, (the “Service”). 

                   Our highest priority is to protect our customer's’ private information. This Privacy Policy governs all data collection and usage by Filmemory, including through the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the data collection and usage practices described in this Policy.

 

                 Collection of Your Personal Information

               For providing and to keep improving our services and be in compliance with all applicable regulations, Filmemory may collect personally identifiable information, such as your name and email address, but  other information may be collected as well such as: complete name, residence place, birthdate, sex, phone number (home, office and/or mobile) email, age, occupation, nationality, billing and shipping information and credit card information. 

                We can also store photographs and videos on our database.  We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future. We will not publish or sublicense your photographic images or videos without your consent. 

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Filmemory. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain the quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Site.

                  Filmemory highly encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from the Filmemory website so that you can understand how those websites collect, use, and share your information. Filmemory is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of this site.

              Filmemory collects and uses your personal information to operate the site and deliver the services you have requested. Filmemory may also use your personal identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Filmemory and its affiliates.                 Filmemory may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within Filmemory in order to determine what Filmemory services are the most popular.       The customer, when contracting the services offered by Filmemory, acknowledge, understands and accept that Filmemory is an intermediary that offers interconnection and intermediation services between clients and third-party providers of the services requested by clients. The client, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions that the Filmemory inform and makes available to all interested parties, through its website www.filmemory.com. 

Notwithstanding the client, Filmemory, who due to the nature of its service, must share information with third-party service providers that connects with its clients, informs and requests said service providers about their obligations regarding data processing, requesting that they accept these obligations in order to be part of the service providers that the company  uses and interconnects with its clients. Third party contractors are not allowed to share the customer information outside Filmemory, and third part contractor are only allowed to use the information to provide the requested service booked through Filmemory.

You acknowledge that the Site, the content, photographic images and videos displayed on the Site and any underlying technologies or software used in connection with the Site contain Filmemory’s proprietary information.

          Filmemory maintains the right to monitor the content that you provide to the Site but shall not be obligated to do so. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright as individual works, collective work, and/or compilations, pursuant to the USA and includes foreign copyright laws. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and other restrictions contained on the Site. Access to, and use of, the Site is solely for your personal use. Accessing, using, displaying, performing, distributing, copying, or downloading content from the Site for any purpose other than personal and non-commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Filmemory.
